1.  Checking In

Greetings and welcome. It's good to connect with you again. If you celebrate any of the upcoming December holidays I hope you are in wonderful spirits and looking forward to them.

My Karma Release workshop by telephone last week was very well received, I've decided to do it again, and perhaps several others, in January. It will be a wonderful way to begin the New Year free of the ties of the past. Two of the January classes are listed in this newsletter so you can mark your calendars now.

Although the December holidays are meant to be a time of celebration and joy, for many of us the holidays are simply not that joyful. If this has been your experience  (or that of anyone you know) please consider the following as my gift to you. And please feel free to pass it on to others.

2.  An Energy Exercise You Can Use Right Now - "Releasing Holiday Blues"

This “EF&H Releasing Holiday Blues” technique can be used to relieve the sadness or loneliness you may be feeling around these holidays, or it can be used to relieve ANY sadness or mild feelings of depression.

Here's the technique:

When you begin this process, tune into those unwanted feelings that are particularly stressful.

1. Locate a tender or sensitive spot on left side of chest. For most of us it is somewhere beneath the collarbone and above the breast area on the left side. Find the spot on yourself by pressing, using one or two fingers, around this area until you find a spot that is more tender or sensitive than the area around it. While rubbing that spot continuously in a small circle, repeat the following out loud:

“Even though there’s a part of me that feels sad and hopeless during this time, I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself, and I forgive myself.”

“Even though I feel that so many people are happier than I am, I choose to be at peace now.”

“Even though I’ve been feeling very low and unhappy, I know this is a time of healing for me, and that life will brighten for me again very soon. All the sadness will be totally behind me.”

Keep rubbing until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

2. Tap lightly on the inside end of both eyebrows, the ends near bridge of nose, and repeat out loud:

"I release any programming from my past that caused me to feel this way. I am completely free of all sadness now.”  

Keep tapping until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

3. Tap lightly on outside sides of both eyes, on bone near temple and repeat out loud:

"I release all the anger I have toward myself and others, and I choose to be at peace again".

Keep tapping until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

4. Tap lightly under both eyes on bone, and repeat out loud:

"I release any fear I’m feeling about what’s going to happen to me, and I am completely open to new possibilities now".

Keep tapping until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

5. Tap lightly under nose (above upper lip) and repeat out loud:

 "I am perfect just as God has created me”.

 Keep tapping until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

 6. Tap lightly under bottom lip (in crease before chin begins) and repeat out loud:

 "It is safe for me to be free. It is safe for me to show up fully in the world now".

 Keep tapping until you feel ready to stop, then still holding that spot take a full breath in and out.

 

 7.  Now take a moment to breathe deeply, reflect again on how you are feeling right now, and notice how much more at peace you are. Give thanks for the healing that has happened.
