Creating and Installing Your Healing Symbol:

Before you proceed to the invocation below, it would be very helpful if you give some thought to something you would like to use as a personal "Healing Symbol". Please think about this in advance of doing the invocation.

I suggest you use an image, word or short phrase that has a special significance, power, or positivity for you. It should be an image, word or phrase that you find healing, uplifting, transformative or one that simply makes you feel good when you think about it.

To give you examples of some of the Healing Symbols my clients have used for this process: words or phrases like Divine Healing / Grace / Transformation Now / New Beginnings / Peace / Change for the Better/ etc.

Alternatively, some clients have used a VISUAL Healing Image, for example they would see themselves surrounded by Healing Light or sunshine, or they would feel themselves on a beach and visualize and hear the Ocean Waves gently washing in.

These are simply some suggestions for you, examples that may give you some inspiration and get the juices flowing.

Whatever you choose as your personal symbol it would be helpful if you bring in several senses when using it in any of the exercises or processes I will be providing you. In other words, if it is an image you may want to include the sounds you might hear in that situation, or feel the sensations you might feel. Make it multi-sensory and as real as possible.

Once you have selected your personal Healing Symbol or Image, simply remember it and proceed to the installation process below.

By the way, whatever "Healing Symbol" or phrase you create, it will be of use to you, not only in your sessions with me and/or the exercises I provide, but later as well. It will be a permanent tool that you will be able to use anytime for any subject. The invocation below will set it up that way.

And, if you desire, you can always change the symbol/image in the future whenever you wish.

Installing Your Healing Symbol

Having chosen your Healing Symbol (word, phrase or image) read Aloud ALL of the following with Intention:

My instructions to you my Deeper Self:

This is my powerful instruction to you, my deeper self, to always create the best possible outcome whenever I use this healing process. (pause)

And that each time I put my attention on emotions or beliefs I wish to eliminate, as I say and think my Healing Symbol....

(SAY OR SEE YOUR HEALING SYMBOL NOW!)

[... say and see your Healing Symbol now ...]

Then continue reading.....

You, my deeper self, will eliminate all negative emotions and beliefs and all their components, completely and safely. And each time I say and see my Healing Symbol repeatedly, you will heal deeper and deeper layers and all aspects of my being.

And each time I put my attention on a new Positive Belief or Manifestation I wish to install, all I need do is say and see my Healing Symbol repeatedly which will activate those new positive creations patterns I am installing.

(take a full breath in and out)

Once you have completed the above invocation ALOUD and with Intention, it is permanently a part of your healing resources and you may use it anytime.

If you and I are going to be working in a session, or in a group class, using this process, I will have directed you to this page beforehand to create and install your healing image.

If you are a reader of my Newsletter, I will occasionally include processes and exercises that rely on your first having installed your healing image.

If you have simply happened on this page, please proceed with the above instructions first and then experiment by focusing on any feeling you want to eliminate (or any positive feeling or situation you wish to create) while seeing and saying to yourself, your Healing Symbol. Do this for no more than two or three minutes.
