If you’ve been a subscriber to the TEXT version of my newsletter you probably received a “welcome letter from me in the last day or two. The reason is that I have combined my HTML subscriber list and TEXT subscriber list into one single list of over 4,000 subscribers. Thus, when I added you this week to the main list you would have received a welcome letter even though you have been a subscriber of mine for a while.

2. An Energy Exercise You Can Use Right Now – “Giving Away My Power”

This particular exercise is based on TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) a wonderful and powerful modality created by Tapas Fleming. If you are not familiar with TAT, I have created a special webpage for you on my website where you can learn the process and the hand positions within just a few minutes. Please, before moving on to my exercise below; go NOW to my page outlining “The Steps of TAT” at http://www.richardross.com/stepsoftat.html

Once you are familiar with the steps go on to my following exercise on “Giving Away My Power”.

If you think about any ongoing issue, problem, or challenge you (or anyone you know) may have, you will probably recognize that there is some element involved of either ‘giving away your power’ or ‘holding back on using your power’, which is essentially the same thing.

This easy flowing energy exercise will help you to begin healing the issue. Begin by thinking about the issue, problem, challenge that you want to heal, and do each of the following steps. Do not go on to the next step until you have felt a shift or release.

In the TAT pose, put your attention on the following statement:

“I have been giving my power away.”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“That was the past, it’s over, and I keep all of my power now!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“All of the origins of giving my power away are healing now!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“All of the places in my mind, body, and life, where I’ve been giving my power away are healing now!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“All of the parts of me that have gotten something from holding my power back are healing now!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“I forgive everyone I blamed for my holding my power back, including my mother, my father, God, and myself!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“I ask forgiveness of everyone I hurt, or may have hurt, because I have been holding my power back!”

Once there has been a shift or release, go on to….

“I love and accept myself and I now fully express my personal power in everything I do!

Once there has been a shift or release, take a full breath in and out, and give thanks for the healing that has taken place. Drink plenty of water on days when you do this process.
