2) An Energy Exercise You Can Use Right Now "

Embracing My True Magnificence"

The following protocol can be done once, or on an ongoing basis, to clear old unwanted patterns around holding back, and to open you more and more, to expressing your true power in every area of your life. This gentle, yet deep, process also results in a shift in energy accompanied by a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

Here's the technique:

As you begin to do this process, tune into any old limiting beliefs, or old patterns, you might have around abundance.  Some examples might be: "I have difficulty asking for what I want" or "I don't feel as powerful as I want to" or "I don’t deserve to be happy".

There are many other possibilities, pick something that FEELS true for you, even if you know it isn't really the truth.  So start by tuning in to that belief. Then:

Locate a tender, or sensitive spot on left side of chest. For most of us it is beneath the collarbone and above the breast area on the left side. Find the spot on yourself by pressing, using one or two fingers, around this area until you find a spot that is more tender, or sensitive than the area around it. While rubbing that spot continuously in a small circle, repeat the following out loud:

"Even though there's a part of me that doesn't feel magnificent, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

“Even though I've never felt good about this, I’m choosing to be magnificent now."

"Even though I've limited myself in the past, the past is over, and I choose to be magnificent now."

Tap lightly on the inside end of either eyebrow, the end near bridge of nose, with one finger tip, and repeat out loud:

"I release any programming from my past that caused me to be less than magnificent." 

Then, stop tapping, and while your finger tip still is touching that point, take one deep slow breath in and out.

Tap lightly on outside side of either eye, on bone near temple and repeat out loud:

"I release all the anger I have about my past actions and condition".

Then, stop tapping, and while your finger tip still is touching that point, take one deep slow breath in and out. Tap lightly under either eye on bone, and repeat out loud:

"I release any fear I'm feeling because of what's happened in my life up until now". 

Then, stop tapping, and while your finger tip is still touching that point, take one deep slow breath in and out. Tap lightly under nose (above upper lip) and repeat out loud:

"I let go of any embarrassment I have around my past situations".

Then, stop tapping, and while your finger tip is still touching that point, take one deep slow breath in and out.

Tap lightly under bottom lip (in crease before chin begins) and repeat out loud:

"I choose to be completely magnificent now, in every area of my life". 

Then, stop tapping, and while your finger tip is still touching that point, take one deep slow breath in and out.

Now take a moment to breathe deeply, and reflect on the experience of you being totally magnificent. Stay with that feeling for at least the next 3 minutes. Fully experience it, see it, feel it, smell it, taste it, touch it! Make it a total multi-sensory experience.

You may do this process many times (not necessarily in one sitting), and you will be releasing more each time and you will also be attracting more of what you want in life, in a very real way.
